Where possible, all orders are shipped the following business day.  Sometimes, when there's a sale or promotion, things can get a bit hectic, so it might take two business days. 

Once your order leaves White Fox & Co HQ you will receive a system generated email with a button that links to your order. If you click this button you will see your tracking information.  

If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.  If it is not in your spam folder, please contact us. 

Pre orders:
Orders will not be split where a pre - order item is ordered with in - stock items.  If you are wanting in - stock items sent straight away please complete a separate order. If you have already ordered and would like it split then please contact us via our contact us page and we can arrange to invoice you for the extra shipping, if required.

All orders are processed on a first come first served basis although if you do need something sent urgently please send an email to hello@whitefoxandco.co.nz with your order number and we will do our very best to accommodate you.  

New Zealand Delivery:

We offer FREE New Zealand shipping on all orders over $149*.  

*NOTE this excludes bulky, oversized items. Bulky items are shipped via tracked courier at a cost of $20.  For all other orders we offer flat rate of $7.50.

Rural deliveries are $12.99, please ensure to select rural at checkout if your address is classed as rural. 

All New Zealand orders are sent via NZ Post.

Our courier provider attempts to deliver overnight to urban centres, so you should expect delivery the day after you receive your dispatch email with tracking information. 

If you live in an urban centre and haven't received your order within five business days from dispatch, please get in touch. If you live rurally, please allow a minimum of five business days for your order to arrive from the receipt of your dispatch email.
